Refund not received after cancellation on case on delivery product from Sanpdeal

I ordered one I12 Projector 1200 Lumen By Egate (Order No-12692123039)on 6/4/2016 as case on delivery system from online shopping portal named Snapdeal. on deliver, I did not fine the product satisfactory and thus cancelled the order and returned the item. But till now they have not refunded my money despite of my repeated calls and emails.They assure for easy and quick return policy but I failed to get my refund even after 4 months. Please consider my case. Thanks
