WE HAVE BOOKED TICKETS IN MORNING FLIGHT AS PER OUR TRAVEL PLAN FOR TRAVEL DATE 31 JULY 2020,BUT DUE TO OPERATIONAL REASON AIRLINES CANCELLED MORNING FLIGHT,WE HAVE ASK AILINES TO MOVE FOR AFTERNOON FLIGHT TIMING WAS 13:45 AT THE TIME OF MOVE THEY THEN AGAIN CHANGED THE FLIGHT TIMING MORE THEN 2 HOUR THE TIMING WAS NOT MATCH OUR TRAVEL. AS PER DGCA WE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUND BUT AIRLINES IS DENIED FULL REFUND KINDLY PNR REC12U SECTOR SXR DEL 31 JULY 2020
