Sir mere samsung mobile ( Modelname= sm-A700FZDGIN ,serial no= RZ8G9021SMT)   battery  kharab ho gayi hain aur abhi meri mobile full  warranty me hain.   So maine  apne mobile ko 2 may 2016 samsung service center par diya tha  but logo ne software update kar ke mobile  return kar diya but mere mobile ki problem ka solutions  nahi mila. Again  main apni mobile 12 may 2016 ko  ko summit kiya. Phir mere ko call kar ke service centre  par bulaya jata hain that aapki mobile  sahi ho chuki hain and jab main service centre  par jata hu toh bola jata hain abhi aapki mobile repair nahi hua hain. Again main apni mobile 23 may 2016 ko summit  kiya but phir logo ne software update kar ke mobile 24 may 2016 ko return  kar diya. But abhi tak mere mobile ki problem ka solutions  nahi mila.
Sir mere home se service centre ki total distance 60 km hain and main 5 baar 60 km distance  travel kar ke up down  kiya but abhi tak problem ka solution nahi hua  ab tak total 1200 Rs. Waste ho chuke hain. SO tell me what do i do????
