An amount of Rs. 1500 INR was transferred from the paytm number 9304979442 (sender) to 8863823024 (receiver) with transaction ID 30980929551 on dated 01-09-2020. next day on 2nd sep My EMI was to deduct from my bank accocunt and for this reason I loan this amount from my friend.
but till 2ndof sep it was not credited in my wallet linked with 8863823024. then I tweet at 10:35 on 2-09-2020 to @Paytmcare for assistance.then at 11:04 on 2sep I received reply from paytm care to share the issue , I shared it on 11:31, again I got the twitter reply from paytm bank care at 11:39 to share Transaction ID.
I shared it at 12:12 but not received any reply .again I received msg from PAytm care that it is successfully transferred and no any issue . suggested to talk with sender.
I replied at 19:49 that Paytm can check my wallet transaction it is not received .
again at 22:41 reply received that payment was stuck and it will be transferred shortly, but not get resolved . on 4th sep I reply on tweet that I am going to consumer court for your un professional behaviour and false reply .
