Lenovo Vibe K5 Note Horrible Service - After 8 months, Got the device in worse ever condition.

I have raised a claim against liquid damage of my Lenovo Vibe K5 Note 8 months back for 6-7 clearly specified issues with details.
1st time it took 45 days for the device to be returned back to me. They could rectify only 1 issue out of 7. I raised the complaint at the immediate moment for the same. They had their internal discussion for another 45 days and decided to re-pickup the device.
2nd time also they took around 40 days to deliver the device. The strange thing here is i received the device in same condition which was delivered after 1st time with only 1 out of 7 issue resolution infact this time device's condition was worsened than before. I again had to call up immediately to not to delay. This time they took 3 months to decide for next re-pickup.
3rd time it went on for around 15 days and as expected got the device the way it was picked up.
Even after 3rd time re-pickup, the device's condition is still the same and the device now is completely worsened and the reason specified was we can't repair the device in this condition which was due to their negligence only.
They created the reason on 2nd pick up and now in 3rd pick up they denied considering that as reason for furthur servicing of the device.
I would request the head of this forum to give the justice for my case. I had to literally followup them like anything. Almost 4-5 times calls a day from last 8 months. Always they used to say the case is in offline mode and we don't have status and all. These guys are not even responsible to respond back properly to customers. I even have a mail chain showing their negligence from last 8 months.
I got fed up completely - PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, PROFESSIONALLY and what not. It was even a night mare for me from these many days. I would need the resolution as early as possible now, else I WOULD PROCEED LEGALLY AS I HAVE ALL THE VALID PROOFS AGAINST ONE ASSIST.
