Fedex India Complaint regarding charged extra

This regarding a shipment from South Korea to India AWB - 786879504786.

So my package was received around 4th may by the FedEx office Bangalore, India. The package contained a single pair of sunglasses and some lenses with it.
FedEx termed the quantity as 2 units to the Customs, India. The price for the product is around $160 But I was charged customs for 2 units that is $320 as the customs considered it to be two units due to which the customs amount summing up to around Rs.7004 plus fedex charges for customs clearing (which is definitely not worth to pay) I was told by FedEx to anyway pay Rs. 7000+change, and I would be refunded the excess amount later.
Now I haven't heard anything from FedEx. Terrible service
Also, I was told to go to the airport to check my package, and once I reached the airport FedEx told me that the package is in J.P Nagar. They were just making me roam.
