I have bought a REDMI 4 phone through Amazon. I noticed that the Callers were not able to hear my voice . I asked Amazon to take back the phone and refund my amount. They told me that they cannot do that. So I sent back the Phone through DTDC courier and they accepted the phone without signing the receipt. Amazon claimed that they did not receive the parcel but the Courier company claimed that they gave the PArcel. Then DTDC returned the parcel back to us, I then as requested by AMAZON took the phone to a REDMI service centre located in Indiranagar, They informed that if they take the phone for service then it will lose Amazon Warranty , I am now stuck with a defective Redmi 4 Phone. More than 200 people are sitting in the Redmi Service centre for Defective Phones. If there are 200 defects in a service centre then Redmi has 17 service centre only in Bangalore alone . I think we need to take a look at the phone also I spent courier charges of Rs 350/- through DTDC courier.
