We found that too high electricity bill compare to last months avg. 3 times & person came from GEB & told that there is no any problem in meter & it is OK so we have registered complain at Koryo service center & engineer had visited but not provide resolution & even not bother to resolve & now not responding also.I have called many times & asked to replace unit with new one or refund money & reimbursement of additional electricity bill of approx amount Rs. 40000
