I had bought soft course of class ix and x, for smart coaching from Extramarks of Rs 25000 for my Son education.Extra marks was provide me a pen drive for this purpose. but the pendrive is not working in any of my desk top and tablet. I had register my complaint to them, but they had not send any body and also are not agree to refund my amount.
