Abused by manager and service center mechanic and warned by them

I visited heromotCorp to give my vehicle for servicing and as per there call on 4th of August 2020 went to there service center. I asked that my vehicle is not properly cleaned so they took it back and again cleaned and gave it back. When I asked to place a mat on my pleasure vehicle and service mechanic agreed and I purchased and asked him to place it he told come after an hour as it's our lunch break. I came back after 1 hr and asked to place it he told to wait for 10 minutes. I just asked him what happened guy who asked to wait started saying wait or get lost we have many vehicles this is not only one. I asked when I pay I have right to ask he started abusing in regional language in telugu he told lamdike means he abused my mother. I approached manager he told he speaks in same way and what you want to do you can no one can do anything of my mechanics and mine.
