Supply of Underweight Refill Gas cylinders and delivery without weighing cylinders

I am SARTAJ ALI, consumer of Indane Gas. My distributor SUKHDHAM GAS SERVICE, Keshavpuram always supply Underweigh used cylinders to its customers. Delivery boys never weigh cylinders at the time of delivery. When we demand to weigh cyliders at delivery time, they start making excuses. We are a small family of only 4 members but due to underweight cylinders,our Refill cylinders get finished in only 10-15 days.We have complained many times before but SUKHDHAM Gas Agency never took any action and try to solve our problems. They close our Complaints without any action or solution.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against SUKHDHAM Gas Service.
