I have been one of the oldest Richfeel customers, and how I’ve been treated is not fair at all.
Since almost a year I’ve been writing to them regarding my issues and I get only false assurance.
The communication which happens on the mail and what happens in the clinic is entirely different.
There has been no support that I’m an old customer and I’ve invested so much time and money in Richfeel which I regret so much now. This is to make everyone aware of the horrible service they give and false assurances they keep giving or not even replying to mails, phone calls.
I’ve never seen such bad service. If at all
This complaint can help it will be the best thing that can happen.
