Hello Sir/Ma'am
This is to appraise you that I am a regular customer of cinemas and I love watching movies with my friends and family but today I am feeling very disappointed by staff services and behaviour of @uscinemas Indirapuram, Ghaziabaad,UP
Yesterday me and my cousins went to the theater to watch the movie 'Rakshabandhan' but it turned out to an ugly experience for us...We purchased tickets for 8 people of Rs1680 and guided by the guard to go in a specific location. We followed the same and entered in the Audi and watched the same movie but it ended up within 30 mins,we realised that we entered in the wrong Audi as there was no staff member available in the hall to guide or check our tickets ...We went back to the staff to look for the solution but they behaved in a rudely way that it's your mistake , we tried convincing them and asked for another tickets but they denied. We then asked for the refund but they denied for that too and behaved very rudely with me and with my cousin sisters....
Post pandemic movie theatres are already facing problems to collect the audience and with remaining they are behaving like this way...
I sincerely request you to look into my issue and provide a refund to me otherwise it would end impacting cinemas goodwill and audience deduction...
