Wrong product delivered; scam

I ordered an Acer laptop and got a Lenovo laptop. I called customer care , they said they will investigate. They didn’t respond and told me after many calls that investigation was done and I got the right laptop. Which I did not get. The laptop I got was one third the price of the one I ordered.
They are scamming me of the money.
