Sir, It is submitted that I am a consumer of NBPDCL with consumer ID CHA/CW111733/34462 WITH Account No 400394523 since 2013. The said authority has issued a bill of Rs 22548 for the month of August 2018 vide bill No 10051355012 which is shocking and unbelievable. We use only general lights and not use even Air Conditions in our house. It seems that it is a error of the authority as at any cost with normal use of electricity we can not even think of that bill. So kindly take congnizence of my complaint please.
