Sending bills at old meter - I am a consumer of nbpdcl

I am a consumer of nbpdcl.
My name is Hari Mohan Singh, consumer no.-12420053599,
account no.-CHR43286/7,
Division-Chapra town,
sub.div.- Chapra gramin,
feeder name-Naini.
They changed my meter on 10/11/2017
My old meter (B016533) was dead.
But in present they are sending electricity bill at old meter.i am writing this complaint because my electricity consumptions is very low but electricity bill coming every month is very heigh as compared to consumption.i hope by changing meter may reduce by bills.
I have also make a online complaint on 06-08-2018,complaint no.-001002377108 the customer care executive call me and ask me to first deposite approx. rs300 then they will send someone to check the problem.
After that I have tried a lot to call at customer care no.-18003456198 but they disconnect the call from other side.
Please resolve this at earliest
