MY CONSUMER ID OLD IS SAR4872 AND NEW 1153004871. TILL NOW ELECTRIC SUPPLY NOT RESTORED SINCE ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE DUE TO FALLING OF TREE BRANCH ON LT INSULATED CABLE. ONLY ASSURANCE IS GIVEN AND RESPONSIBILITY IS THROWN ON OTHERS EITHER BY SDO OR TECHNICAL ENGINEER SARAIRANJAN.
CONCERNED AUTHORITY PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS FIVE CONSUMERS ARE BEING AFFECTED.
