I purchase a ladies footware from this aforesaid shop 15th july 2018 and when at home the size of the item is bigger for my daughter feet. next day when I exchange the footware then he told me to hold 1 hr. so I back in my home. after that I reach 17th july than the shop owner directly refuse me to exchange and said that we can do anything against me I will show u at court so I beg to punsih the retailer as a consumer he harrse me and waste my money and timee both.
