Hi i am niky buragohain from dibrugarh assam. I went today i.e on 9th of march 2017 to vishal mega mart located in rkb path dibrugarh for shopping purpose. The client servicing is very poor on that shop. they are very rude to customers. I specifically want to mention a girl staff working in that shoppe named puja das. She was very rude to me and when i ask their manager mr manoj to look over the matter he didnot pay much attention to it and the girl didnt even apologized to me. instead she blamed me for the matter. My heartiest request to the owner of vishal mega mart to look into the matter seriously for the dibrugarh branch and specially to make a keen observance on the staff working over there.Kindly review it and revert it back to me.
