Very rude behavior of the customer care representative - Microwave for service in Silchar

After giving my Microwave for service in Silchar I called up to check the status of the complaint, the lady on the other hand literally shouted on me and told me that how can you imagine and dare to call up the next day to check the status.
I was shocked to listen to her voice and her attitude towards her customer.
This is THE most shocking experience of my life where customer service dares to tell you that how dare you call the next day to enquire.
