Sir i had placed an order with STARCJ an order (20170121040286) and received vide invoice no (SBFS0011933. The product quality is not good and it is also not stitched properly.I immediately make a call to STARCJ for the refund of my money and returning of the product. As it is already mentioned in invoice terms and conditions of sale in (PRAR No - 3). But the representative of STARCJ refused to refund the same. I asked him the terms and conditions to refund but he did not tell.
2. I want to further mentioned that when i call to the no (18602665001) which is showing toll free but they deducted money.
3. in view of the above i requested that necessary action may be taken against STARCJ
