I have recharged an amount of rs.122 for data pack of idea but was failed to make a successful recharge even after deducting my bank account balance.If my money is not refunded in my account in 5 minutes we may complain to the cyber crime police

    Iwas recharge for BSNL @rs 399/- through ireff but failed and money transfer to your account.again try for the same and again failed and again Rs 399/- transfer to your account. The total amount of rs 798/- not refunded to my account till dt. Pl refund my money immediately.
