Complaint about Amount paid for IRCTC Dongle, but not received the same, waiting since 2 months

This is to bring your kind notice that, I have opted The Smart Shop, formerly known as (Hermes I tickets Pvt limited) on 31st Jul'16. I deposited 12,000Rs in THE SMART SHOP A/C: 424010200019017 for the sake of IRCTC dongle, as per Sales Executive MR.Ashfaq, Iam supposed to get my dongle within 15 days, from the date, as soon as I submit my eMUDRA and other hard copies to sales executive, which I submitted very much within a week. However I have not received any update regarding IRCTC dongle till the end of Aug'16. Again in 1st week of Sep '16 sales executive MR. Ashfaq reached my shop stating my hard copies didn't reached Hermes head office, hence I re-submitted my documents to MR. Ashfaq, but still didn't I received my IRCTC Dongle. I made so many of follow-ups, I called customer care and also I sent so many e-mails to customer care, but no result and solution. Iam being a physically challenged Person, not able to go to THE SMART SHOP regional office.
