"Brand factory free weekend offer buy worth 5000 and pay only 2000" I went to shopping at 18th Dec there was a big queue around 200-300 the gates were closed about 30 mins to let others shop in too and when it was my turn there were a lot of damaged clothes inside and some were good however i shopped for 4747 and the bill was for rs 2001 and as described in tvc "get 400 rs cashback if payed by mobikwi app" but at that time app was not working i dont know whose fault is that and after shopping i thought they were giving a 1000 voucher but the game was different it was only a 500 rs off on purchase upto 1500 but they haven't told this before i checked the brand factory website to but there wasn't such a thing.And the second offer was "get a free shirt worth 1000 free" at 20 - 25th Dec and today i went there they were only 2 or 3 brands around 300 shirts only and they were not worth 1000 they were like 200-300 really.we can choose any shirt we like but the quality was not that good and when i asked someone there they said these are only shirts which are free but if u say we will give you 1000 rs mrp shirt but you dont have any choosing option we will give you only 1 shirt and you have to take that one only.





Finally what i want to say is i am not satisfied with Brand factory and it was not like as described in TV commercial i want my money back.This is totally a cheat.
