Purchased new Voltas AC , not working properly and asked for replacement

Hi Team,

I bought new VOLTAS AC MODEL "183CZA" on 13-May-2018 Since AC was not working properly I logged a complaint on 3-JUN-2018. They didn't give the services properly. Now I am asking for the replacement of my AC and they are saying to repair it.

Just 10-14 Days back I have bought brand new AC then why I will go with a repair.

Please help me here with refund or replacement of the product.
