I had purchased a car battery ( S.No 1001377853, Model No: 38B20LSMF) on 09/01/2015 from M/s Ganpati Battery House via invoice number 11261. The warranty card of battery clearly mentioned 36 months under the warranty column. On 23/12/2017, I approached M/s Ganpati Battery house regarding the replacement of my faulty battery. My self & owner of M/s Ganpati battery house requested the company M/s Livguard Energy Technologies but the company denied saying that the battery is presently under prorata warranty and not warranty. I showed them the transparency and clarity of warranty and prorata warranty period provided by other battery manufactures like Amron etc and informed them that the warranty card provided by M/s Livguard Energy Technologies Pvt Ltd is a clear case of fraud and misrepresentation by them to the consumers that has mislead the consumer.
