Today 14-7-2017, I bought an Oreo shake from Burger Point, shop no 108, sector 15 part 2, gurgaon. It is a take away or you can eat while standing there. It's a fast food shop which is without ac . The shop is charging 18% GST but the GST guidelines states that if it is a non ac restaurant or a shop than the GST will be charged only 12% . After asking the same to the cashier he replied that from last 15 days we are charging the same 18%. So kindly take some actio. I'm attaching the copy of the bill. I was charged 18% instead of 12%.
