I purchased a black pant from Numero Uno karnal . While wearing my pant for the second time it teared off while sitting . I went back to the showroom around 18 days after purchasing and they denied to change it but they told me to courier the pant to the their headoffice in gurgoan . It's been more then 20 days no revert has been done by numero uno in any form ,even my teared pant has not been returned . It's so dissapointing to see a brand like this with no customer care services .
