No service From Snapdeal.com, purchased one Carbonn Machfive handset

I have purchased one Carbonn Machfive handset from Snapdeal.I found that the product is not working properly,so I requested for replacement or refund, as they have 7 days return policy.But after so many ph call & e mail they did just one thing -NOTHING.
