Double Debit In my account against a single bill for Rs. 1799 on 29.02.2016

On 29.02.2016 I had purchased various grosary items from Reliance Fresh, newtown rajarhut kolkata 700156. I made payment through my ATM card. The counter man told me after my 1st operation in the ATM machine that there is some problem please do the operation once again. Thus I again repeated the operation. Subsequently I observed that my account was debited twice. I contacted the outlet immediately and registered my grievance. But after 10 days the outlet verbally told me they have not received the 2nd payment. I registered my complaint in customer service telephone no 18001027382 furnished in the bill and my complain no was 1329142 as given by them. considerable period have passed but I have not got the re-credit of the double debit nor got any reply. I am a retired old man and seek your kind help in this respect.
