Money Transferred on Jan 17th to community matrimony com, chennai, but not received at the other end

Dear sir, My mobile No. 7892073778, is attached with mobikwik app since many months, so far things were alright, but on january 17 th 2019, i have transferred a sum of Rs.4200 to community matrimony chennai to their hdfc account at santhome branch. that fund has not received by the above party, subsequently i have tried to reach community matrimony and hdfc santhome branch, but the problem is not solved yet.kindly do the needful to get my money reversed back to my mobikwik app. community matrimony says due to server issue at the hdfc santhome branch cash has not arrived into their account. when i contacted hdfc santhome branch they are telling third party complaints like private application transfers you have to deal with the concerned application people only, since i dont want to transfer the fund anymore to community matrimony kindly reverse it at the earliest to my mobikwik wallet 7892073778. name p.sasidharan details of transfer Matrimony.com ltd account number 03862320000277 order no.57fa0c3962b4d on thursday 17th jan 2019 at 11.05 am.Total amount paid Rs. 4357.60 Billed to P.sasidharan Mob No.7892073778 E mail id shashipangheel@gmail.com
