Snapdeal.com htc one m8 eye mobile defective device, refused to replace the device

i have bought htc one m8 eye mobile on dec 31st 2015 from snapdeal. now its been 1 year and 35 days. within this period my phone got complaint and same issues again repeated for 10 - 15 times .and my mobile was at service center for around 100 to 130 days. for each service it will take around 10-15 days to get the device back. I have asked the service center people to replace the mobile as it is repeating the same issue . Due to this continuous repair i dont have a phone to use (htc is not providing backup mobiles while service) i was forced to buy another mobile which cost around 15000.
during this period all the accessories were also repaired for many times .once the device was also broken by the service center peope. and each time i have to take taxi to give the mobile to the service center and to collect the phone back. after buying this mobile i have faced many issue and lost lot of my valuable time and money running behind this.
so i need compensation and replacement of the device

    I have purchased cool pad note 5 from Amazon on 26 Oct 2016 by order id 17162553837364333.i have contacted Amazon regarding the problem but they said contract service center of cool pad. Now the phone has been deposited with cool pad for more then a month but neither given phone nor any satisfactory answer when called on customer care.Job sheet no for cool pad is js17012100730.
