I have visited one of the hypermarket in Konny to purchase the Gillette Razor Mach3. I took the 8 piece pack of Gillette Mach3 Gillette. Pack itself mentioned save Rs. 160/-. MRP is Rs. 720/-. I asked at the payment counter whether is it 720-160 = 560. They said it is Rs. 698/-.

Being a customer, packet itself mentions the above details. Hence the calculations are not justified. Due to this miscalculation I did not opt to purchase the product.


Please rectify. Is the distributor cheating the customer?
