Low quality of after sales service

I hv purchased Kent water Purifier approx 1 yr back but no one is visited for service at the time of purchase led lights are not working still they are unable to resolve the issue.

Lastly I hv raise service request on 10th sep & 12 th sep still no technician visited again I hv raised request on 26th sep and customer case official give excuse for their service.I request Kent higher authority to give proper training to their customers service team.
