I'm standing in front of RTO WEST TRIPURA for renewal of driving licence.

It's unfortunate that in this real time now..the officials say your internet is down. We are waiting in this line from 10.30 a m, still no connectivity.
Perhaps the service provider is BSNL, we are almost twenty people standing in the line. Why don't you have a dedicated line for this. However the internet in my mobile reflects full strength of bsnl.
The technical departmentr of the west Tripura, RTO should try to recover such aspects in real time, looking at the convenience of customers.
