House owner Mr chandan kumar not returning security deposit of Rs 45000

I have paid security deposit of Rs. 45000 for rental flat in June 2016 to Mr. Chanda Kumar (contact no. 9849999759) for flat no. 109, active pearl place, near Esperanza day care, nallagandla, Hyderabad. The rent was finalised Rs. 15000 and deposit asked for 3months. Due to job shifting in April 2017, I have left that flat with notice of one month to the owner. At the time of leaving, owner has informed that he will deposit the SD amount within a week in my bank account. Now he is not returning the security deposit amount of Rs. 45000 telling that notice required for 2months and remaining amount deducted for compensation of his worst quality of wardrobes. At the time of shifting to his home, I asked several times for rent agreement but he denied to do that, and also asked me cash rent to save his income tax. Now if m asking him regarding returning of amount he is informing that u r not having any agreement and u can't do anything. Request you to please resolve this problem and support me for getting my Rs. 45000 as already I am facing lot of financial problems after shifting to new home.
