    I bought AC from Great Eastern Appliances. After several request made, the technician came for installation without being well equipped with the tools. Now they are asking for ladder and other stuffs to get the installation done (which were nowhere mentioned that this should be provided by customer) , result: installation was not done.
    Let me know what should I do under these circumstances

    This is a fraud company. I had purchased a TV from the company on 28th June2017 and the delivery happened after 4 days of continuous follow up. After installation it was found that the product was defective. Upon continuous complaints, the company didnot listen as according to them their work is over post the payment is received by them.

    I had purchased a Daikin Split Ac from Great Eastern Appliances Beckbagan Branch. The product was delivered very lat (not as promised) and the installation was done on sunday and it caused me so much of harassment to arrange for the stairs and other necessary articles required by them but after 4 hours of Installation the servicemen informed that the product is defective and its leaking somewhere.I contacted the sales man (Anirudha Ghosh) and his attitude was like a roadside showroom. He is saying "Dekhte hai" and we need time. I am requesting to cancel the order and take the product back so that I can place the order anywhere else but they are not ready to take the product back and they was to kill out time. We are supposed to go out on a family trip in Durga puja on 27th of Sept. 2017 but since the installation is done half how can me and my family move out of home leaving this thing unfinished. The risk associated with online purchase is same as purchase it from a showroom and you can buy it for low cost in online.

    I HAVE BUYED MANY THINGS FROM GREAT EASTERN APPLIANCES FROM DALHOUSIE WHEN I HAVE COMPLAINT AGAINST TANIMA SARKAR IN PHONE BECAUSE INSTALLATION MAN DID NOT CAME TANIMA SARKAR HAS ASSURED ME THAT THE PERSON OF INSTALLATION WILL COME TO MY HOUSE WITHIN THREE DAYS AT THE TIME OF PHONE TANIMA SARKAR HAS RECEIVED THE CALL AND MISBEHAVE WITH ME AND USES SLANGS IN PHONE NUMBER 03364530010 AND WHEN I HAVE WENT THERE IN SHOWROOM I HAVE SEEN JER TO TALK IN OFFICE PHONE EVERY TIME AND THAT'S NOT AN OFFICIAL CALL I WANT TO RUSTICATE HER FROM THE JOB BECAUSE IT IS THE PRESTIGE OF THE COMPANY ALSO. PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST HER.I WANT THAT TANIMA SARKAR SHOULD RUSTICATE FROM THE JOB.

    Ajay Rajbanshi (Phone - 8981417859), a worst stuff of Great Eastern Kanchrapara, harassing me by three days just for a happy gift that is use to given by the company to every customer after purchasing a product. I bought an Air Conditioner on 2nd Feb this year. He was my sales executive. After being clear all payments he is making me moving around for that gift. Actually these kind of sales executives use to sale those gifts separately. A small gift doesn't matter anything. But for that making the customer moving around for three days. This is unfair. Authority, please take a look on these unwanted harassments of customer. Thank you.

    I purchased a refrigerator 5days ago
    and the employees promised me that the product will b delivered within 3days.that they will call me to ask about my location and deliver it at my doorstep.i have been calling the shop nonstop they refuse to answer my calls and whn they do they are so reluctant to tell me the status of my delivery.so disappointed u guys .sheer consumer harassment

    we have purchased an ac hitachi from GE dalhousie on 22nd june we got the delivery on 25th june. However the saleswomen claims that the installation people will call us soon to install it. But nobody called, we waited for a week and then we called ourselves the hitachi. They came right away the next day to install it. But again GE dalhousie gave a poor service. After repeatedly calling and complaining they are still unable to send person top pick up the old ac which is in exchange. I want to ask you is it so difficult to handle a complaint like this to deliver the wow to its customers. If it is so then please invite me and I can guide great eastern electronics staff how to deliver the WOW. But before that kindly send someone to pick up the exchange ac to our place. My order number is - DH/1819/SO/09990. Thank u.
