    Hi,

    This is to bring your kind attention regarding my recent unpleasant experience after buying Kutchina Fieona chimney for my new flat on 28.02.2018. In the month of April, one of the two bulb stopped working, we immediately informed Mr Dipak (8513056962) from Kutchina whose number was available with us, he told, the bulb got damaged due to flow of rain water through the pipe, which have resulted in probably sort circuit. We were asked to pay 600/- for replacing the bulb, when I refused to pay (to customer care Dept over phone), since the chimney was just more then a month, they finally agreed but the mechanic came to my house with a wrong bulb, which according to him with not fit for Fieona. In doing all this, the second bulb in my chimney also stopped working.
    I fail to understand certain things.

    1. If the bulbs got damaged due to improper fitting of pipe by Kutchina service man, resulting in inflow of rain water, than,where is my mistake, why I asked to pay for the bulbs?

    2. After checking my purchase details at your end, how come the service man brings wrong bulb for fitting, it cannot happen, right?

    Finally, last week, after enquiring from our end, I was told by custome service team, the bulbs are not available now and will be replaced soon, once it reaches, even after more than a month now.

    I am using Kutchina products since 2009, however, my overall experience in recent time had been very pathetic and probably I have over rated the brand and your service.

    Trust, you will give importance to my problem and will spend some time to resolve it, as it deserves.

    Dear sir/Madam,
    With due respect I would like to inform you that I have bought a chimney but the technician has not yet come and fitted my chimney but I know it is going to be a little difficult to fit the chimney in this Pandemic situation right now but my area is in the green zone and there is still a lot of relief in Lock Down. I have been in contact for many days, But nobody is giving me any response yet even I am calling the agent from whom I bought this chimney, he is not even responding to me and I have also ordered him a kutchina Filter.Now tell me how to do this chimney fitting and how to buy the kutchina Filter that has been ordered. Please make some arrangements for fitting my chimney.
    So I would be really thankful to you, if you do something in this matter, please let me know.

    में कुचिन्ना की चिमनी ले के पछता रहा हु मुझे बोहोत बड़ी गलती हो गई जो मैंने kuchina comnny की चिम्मनी ली कोई सर्विस करने ही नहीं आता पैसे दे के किराना चाहते है तो भी कम्पनी वालो की बोहोत घटिया सर्विस है कम्पनी वाले अपना माल बेच कर कस्टमर भूल जाते है मैंने जब से चिमनी ली तब से कम्पनी की 3 फ्री सर्विस थी इन्होंने 1 ही की वो भी बड़ी मुश्किल से आईंदा कभी भी भुलके कुचीना comnny का सामान नहीं ख्रीरीदुगा कितने भी कॉल कर लो कस्टमर केयर 48 घंटे का बोलते हैं to भी सर्विस करने कोई नहीं आता घर पर i hate kuchina chimmni

    I hv loged a complain on 24/06/2021 with docket no_202106241630851 bt till now no service man come to my home for servicing of my chimney. It's a horrible experience with this company they does not give importance this complain.

    My self Gautam Ganguly, booked vog model chimney in july,2020 with 6000 rs advance as I was told to pay total 20400 but at the time of delivery they demanded to pay 22400 claiming me that the price has risen.     Due to same issue I'm really unhappy to take Benito model, all of a sudden there is a big fire, all of a sudden there is a big explosion, it's very dangerous to use this model, call the service center but the problem is not solved

    My kutchina water purifier is out of order for more than a month. My no is 7003109166.I have given so many mails, but in vain..A spair is told to have been un available after doing Service contract for three years.Hou long should I wait and purchase water?
