    Kutchina desire 60 design failure no service by Chandan Saha:

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    This is to inform you that I purchased a kutchina Desire 60 chimney on 21/10/2021 (Installation done on 26/10/21) After completion of installation and use , we found several issues of oil dripping / Leakage . We lodged several complaints and also 4 times engineers visited to resolve the issue , however he was not able to resolve the same , experienced engineer Chougule visited several times but results remain the same . Sometimes drips / leakage happening right sometimes left even after doing right and proper alignment for the same . This is looking like a design failure of this model. I would request you to replace my faulty chimney with the right new one asap. Engineer Chougule is well aware of the issue. We thought the issue will be resolved so waited a few months to see but unfortunately not it is repeating , so writing this email to you .

    I wrote multiple times to Kutchina customer care since 6th October'22 onwards and every time they provide only docket number 202209292259873. That's all.. No action taken till now... Such a pathetic customer care services... Pl take action immediately.

    I have called the call center of kutchina for servicing of my chimney and water purifier,they respond that it will be done within 72 hours but still date I am waiting,I have done the calling again ,same response but still date waiting although I have registered in AMC,plz help

    am getting charged illegally by the service provider for inferior quality of goods supplied and spare parts getting damaged within replacement of 2 months or so .

    Am still waiting for your revert on behalf of the Co .
    Yesterday I made a call at your call center no and came to know from your service provider via call center only that I will be charged for the membrane that needs to be replaced .

    I am confirming through this written mail - I will not pay a single rupee for such defective parts provided and malfunction happening in the RO .

    Sending emails in every alternative day, calling since 21st March for Non-functioning Kutchina Purica Water Filter, but no positive response received from your side. Your lackadaisical approach is not acceptable. Please take it seriously, filter is out of order for more than 3 weeks. Now I have to take care with higher authority.

    I tried to connect with you from last 4 months but there was no response from ur costomer care center n today suddenly after 4 months someone call me form kutchina n eloborate the offer for hob which type of service u provide it is my wrong decision i purchased all the kitchen appliances from ur brand it is worst brand never recommend to any one
