    Sir,
    With very much pain I would like to state you that I have bought 2no of AC (DAIKIN, 1.5 Ton) from your Great Eastern Retail Pvt.Ltd. branch Barasat, kol-700124. My bill is attached below where you can find out that I have been selected as a lucky customer of your lucky draw. You can see that I buoyed the AC’s on 10th September, 2017. But still now I have not received my prize (1gm gold coin) as stated by your branch.
    Please let me know the present status of my prize and the tentative date to get it.

    Note: I have visited your local branch more than five (5) times, but I didn’t have any positive response from their end. Please help me out as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    This is with reference to the order details below for a 32” Samsung TV at Kalyani. It has been over a week that all the payments has been made and inspire of constant follow ups and persistence request the order has not been fulfilled. As informed earlier, the TV has been purchased for a family consisting of Senior Citizens only and it is really unfortunate and frustrating that inspire of our providing urgency of the situation the TV has not been installed/Demo-ed yet.

    Such unprofessionalism is not expected from Great Eastern and I will ensure that I highlight this incident and strong negative review in social media as well.

    SO no. DUM/SO2324/02056 dated 15.07.2023. The order was closed at 12:30 PM with Delivery promised by today afternoon and installation by today evening. Till 9:00 PM it is not delivered. The salesperson was giving misleading information and false excuses all along and lately stopped picking up the phone even.
    When tried at the store phone no. 62919 05121, nobody attended the call.
    Hence I have decided to CANCELL this order and please refund the paid amount to the Credit card from where it was debited.
