Fraud charges while moving out of flat as 15,000 for painting

Coming over to the charges NestAway is asking me to pay as they say it is in my agreement then please tell me WHY House id : N33817 was not given to as painted and cleaned on May 2019. I have the pictures during the move in date and it was given me as in with no painting and no cleaning also , So for House id : N33817 if last tenant paid you money for similar move out charges as painting and cleaning why it was not done . I have all the proofs with me on the status it was given to me in May 2019, even I had raised by concerns on cleaning the House id : N33817 to NestAway but it was rejected by them saying we do not do cleaning , really. I am attaching the SR raised House id : N33817 for this house with the pics added into it . I am not going to pay 17k for House id : N33817 as it was not given me painted and cleaned by NestAway May 2019.
