I am from akshayanagar, begur area and i have received a water bill of Rs.14,000 plus. I applied for RR number more than 18 months back and i received it only 15 days back after multiple follow-ups.

This is my 1st bill and bill amount is more than Rs.14,000. I have requested AEE the billing needs to be billed based on different slabs instead of highest slab as done now. I have got no response
