credit card without my acknowledge they converted emi.

i have every month paid my room rent in my hdfc bank credit card throw in nobroker web side, so today morning i checked its 3 emi showing, so i called today customer care number they told its done by nobroker but nobroker dont have any option to conver to emi. now hdfc bank not response anything.

kindly help what to do now.
