I had received a call from mart2all.com on dtd.- 24/02/2016,that you are selected for free gift with combo offer in witch watch, 3 American diamond,power bank & sunglass of 8787 rs along with mobile i phone 6s or Dell laptop free. I had ordered on same time .my balance 8787 rs. I had payment through cradit card .that was confirmed that your Balence will return your account with in 24 hrs.after three days i received acombo (order no- M2A-94087555)the all item was duplicate quality but assured gift was not in the box. When i call in company (on dtd- 28.03.2016) he said (Mr. Gaurav Kapoor Cont. No- 9266661260,7053220116 and mart2all customer care no- 01165100295)that your gift has sealed in logistics Department professional courier. You have to pay 3250 rs for service tax. Then your gift will released,and you can track your courier on tracking no.-DEL511077752, I had. Pay 3250 RS in company account No.-0109102000035972 (name - payalltime,IDBI Bank,IFSC Code - IBKL0000109)but gift was not received again i call then(on dtd- 01.03.2016) he said your vat is also pending 2650 rs.plesae pay and find your gift in 24. Hrs.again i paid 2650 rs. In company account in favourr of all pay time in idbi account .but not find gift .again i call in company(on dtd-02.03.2016) then he said your insurance is pending of 2950 rs.please deposit the payment in bank and find the gift in 24 hrs again i paid rs 2950 on his compny account,but untill tracking no not show and my refund amount not receaved and no any response from phone call.he is cheating to me i knew that this company has cheated to other pople in same manner.now i want your help please help me and return my money and take a hard action against this allmart2.com.i have allmails and receipt of bank payment,call records if you required
