ANAND INDIA NOT REFUNDING MONEY AS THEY PROMISE

Dear sir,

i have ordered damini saree combo of cost Rs.2789 (including Shiping) from Anandindia through TV SHOPING. Which i received on 21.01.2016.
The product Quality is very poor and it is not usaable for me. So I request to Anannd India to take it back.
During placing order i have confirm with them and they had promised that if you will not satisfy with product you can return the product and AnandIndia will back your total money.

Now they are not refunding money even i have presented their voice recording in which they have clearly promise to me for refunding.

Please take a suitable action on them so that they feel fear on doing such forgery cases.
