Anjani couriers not recieved

My friend sent me the courier on 19th january by Shree anjani couriers.
Anjani courier person said it will receive next day evening.
But it was not received yet,And Anjani Courier person also not able to locate the courier.
Courier contains original RC book and receipt of penalty which was filed in Jamnagar RTO.
This receipt is require to release My detained Vehicle from Petlad.
