    Hello sir ,ma'am my self Nishant Sharma I want to compliant against bus driver name Ankit bus no dl-1pc6580 route no 883 he doesn't ho how to drive I had meat with accident on 20 march 2017 in this case I have lost 10000 rupees I had already compliant against his but no one take a serious action I have one requires to you plz my benefit thanx 8285442993

    Main or din bhi 711 orange cluster bus me chadti hu or din bhi bkwas driver milte hai but aj to hadh ho gayi driver ko baat krne ki tameez nahi thi abusive word use karta hai wo.. jab mene use red light par khadi bus ke door open karne ke liye kaha to chillane laga or bhot ji batmeez tone me baat krne lga mana kar dia or jab mene kaha ke baaki log bhi kholte hai ap bhi khol do haiaya to or bhi batmeez tarike se argue karne laga.. mene to politely hi kaha but wo aethane laga or apshabd bolne laga.. ladies ki respect bus me hoti nahi hai ye pata tha but driver bhi insult karte h argue karye h abusive word bolte hai aj ek bar fir dekh lia. Actually diver hi wrong behave karte hai tabhi passengers garam ho jate hai or ladai hoti hai mai samjhdar hu isliye baat chup laga gayi varna koi or aadmi hota to ladai hoti iska koi sar fod deta or fir ye log strike par beth jate.. wese muje pata hai mere complaint par koi sunwai hone wali nhi hai but cluster bus or unke driver ki aadate jag jahir hai but aj 711 bus ke driver bus no. 1351 wale ne hadh kar di bhot hi ghatia service hai driver or conductor ki.

    i am travel towards ambedkar magar to anand vihar every day after 6:45Pm.many pssangers are waiting for bus more than 1 hour bt bus came from ambedkar nagar terminal driver not to show display board they on display board after cross the sangam vihar. that why many passangers have to wait long time due to your stupid bus driver and conductor. i am requesting to you please do some needful in this matter otherwise stop running buses.

    Hello sir I am sagar verma rout no. 410 jal vihar to khyala Cluster bus contecter and driver is ruff language used .bus no. DL- 1PS 6967 that is not khyala stand stopped .

    Bus driver of cluster don't stop on bus stop of rajendra Nagar R block. Buses no including 522,721 and 850 don't stop.i have noted bus no DL1PC5381 didn't stop today. It's very bad problem so please help..

    On dt 28-12-2017 at about1:15pm driver of bus no Do1PC6517 route no 623 v vihar to shahdara did not stop his bus on Khan mkt bus stop while running from v vihar to shahdra side the passengers give to signals for stop the bus above stop but driver avoid the signals

    It is regretted that I have to make complaint against the bus conductor of orange cluster bus no. DL1PC6836.

    I boarded from Nanak Pyau, Najafgarh at 5.27; for going to Nawada. I gave Rs 15/- for ticket. He took the money but he didn't give the ticket. He did so not only for me, but also for many other passengers.

    When I demanded for ticket, he misbehaved, shouted "GALI" and said, "Mei to aise he chalunga, jo ukhadana ho ukhad Lena. Meri complaint kar Dena. Mera koi kuchh na ukhad sakta,".

    Hope for an appropriate action against him.

    Inform me too about the action taken.

    बस कंडक्टर (बस संख्या DL1PC6836) के खिलाफ़


    मैं दिनाँक 22/1/18 को सुबह 5-27 पर नानक प्याउ, नजफगढ़ से नवादा बस स्टेशन जाने के लिए बैठा। मैंने टिकट के लिए ₹15 बस कंडक्टर को दिए, लेकिन उसने मुझे कोई टिकट नहीं दी। ऐसा उसने ना सिर्फ मेरे साथ किया बल्कि बस में बैठे अन्य 15 यात्रियों के साथ भी किया। नवादा स्टेशन आने तक उसने किसी भी यात्री को टिकट नहीं दिया हालांकि उसने टिकट के पैसे ले लिए थे।

    जब मैंने उससे टिकट देने के लिए कहा तो उसने बदतमीजी की। बहुत गालियां सुनाई और कहा कि जहां चाहो वहां मेरी कंप्लेंट कर दो, मेरा कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता। श्रीमान जी, यह बड़े खेद का विषय है, इसीलिए इन बसों का रेवेन्यू पूरा कलेक्ट नहीं हो पाता।

    सुबह-सुबह गालियां सुन कर मुझे बड़ा दुख हुआ। यह तो मुझे चंडीगढ़ के लिए ट्रेन पकड़नी थी वरना मैं 100 नंबर पर कॉल करके पुलिस बुलाता।

    इस बस कंडक्टर के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए और कृपया मुझे सूचित भी किया जाए कि उसके खिलाफ क्या एक्शन लिया गया। धन्यवाद।
