    Not stop at dayabasti flyover of Route no 937A & 219 STlL by Subodh Kumar:

    I go duty to Kashmere Gate at 11.15 to 11.20 am daily and my Orange Cluster Bus driver of Route no 937A & 219 STL not take any passenger & not stop at dayabasti flyover bus stand. So please take necessary action in this regard

    Dear Sir
    I would like to draw your kind attention regarding cluster bus driver misbehaviour on dated 28/01/24 ,bus route no. 128 bus no.DL1PD-4525,Mori gate Terminal to Khera khurd.I have sitted in the bus from Mori gate Terminal with my son I had to go to Azad pur Terminal. When my stand Azad pur was come driver didn't open the front door I was standing at front door and he opened the back door to took the passenger . Have requested with him so many times but he didn't open the door he just arguing with me in abusive language and rudely. He was clearly saying that he will not open the door what you can do I will not open the door and the bus conductor hasn't said any single word to driver he was just watching him like deaf and dumb. When Azad pur mand gate came then he opened the door. He was directedly saying go to your own way otherwise I can beat you bady.
    I would like to ask you one simple question from you that this is a right way to deal with passenger . He just look like previous Blue line bus driver nothing else. I have attached bus ticket with this letter for your reference. I urge you to take tight action against this illiterate bus driver to present a lesson for other bus driver and conductor who mis behave with passenger. They are just spoiling the name and fame of DTC and Delhi Transit nothing else.
    I hope you will take strict and bold action against this illiterate unsocial driver asap.
