Denying to stop Tmt bus On Nagla bunder stop

Sir, I use everyday Tmt bus service to reach my workplace from Thane stn. to Nagla bunder, I ask ticket for Nagla bunder but always they give ticket of gay mukh stop, only once I got exact stop Nagla bunder when my stop arrives I go to front door to alight and asks driver to stop on Nagla bunder stop and always driver refuses to stop at Nagla bunder giving useless reason that bcoz of signal we won't stop there, once both driver and conductor said me that there is stop of Nagla bunder, it is not ours it is BEST stop but there is ur TMTs stop .
My question is if u don't want to stop remove ur pole from bus stop Nagla bunder.
