Charging more than MRP

In Lonavala, all the hotels and restaurants on highway charges more than MRP, I had this query since very long but I ignored everytime, but now I need answer for this , today Hotel Nishi Sagar in Lonavala charges more than MRP every time without any reason, I bought Fanta 600ml for 50rs. Which has MRP of 40rs. And this is happening from very time, no action taken as of now against any hotel in Lonavla
